Each engagement begins with a discovery process to define:

Deliverables
Timeline
Pricing structure
All details are confirmed in writing (proposal, invoice, or agreement) before work begins.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms

AIFunnelmation uses a value-based pricing model.
Pricing is determined based on:
Scope and complexity of the solution
Level of automation and integrations required
Estimated operational value and efficiency gained
All pricing is agreed upon after discovery and confirmed prior to commencement.
3. 2 Project-Based Engagements
For ongoing automation partnerships:
Services are billed on a monthly retainer basis
Retainers are invoiced in advance for each service period
Retainers may include monitoring, optimization, improvements, and new automation requests
Retainer scope, response times, and termination terms are agreed prior to engagement.
3. 3 Payment Conditions
All fees are payable according to the agreed schedule
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
Late or failed payments may result in a pause of services

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Ensure their business complies with applicable laws and platform policies
Delays caused by missing information may affect timelines.
6. No Guaranteed Results
While our services are designed to improve efficiency and operations:
We do not guarantee specific revenue, sales, or performance outcomes
Results depend on multiple external and internal factors
7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice according to agreed terms.
Outstanding fees for completed or in-progress work remain payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
